Finding your Truth moves you to action every day. In time, you body will find homestasis - BALANCE. If you are looking for a quick fix, it's not here. . . I guide people toward fulfillment and attainment of dreams. This takes time.

In our Mindful Movement sessions, we will focus on you stepping into your Strength in the way that best serves you: body, mind and spirit. We may use a playground, the bathroom counter, a Fit Ball, TRX or baby toys to craft your perfect plan.
