Power of Pregnancy is an empowering, life- changing and multi disciplinary approach which combines elements of strength training, core conditioning, yoga and meditation. These classes are offered in a series of 3 - 8 workshops and can be implemented as part of your workplace wellness program or current studio schedule. Contact Gina.
Pregnancy Yoga- Learn how to navigate the physical, mental and emotional challenges of pregnancy with ease and grace. This class will meet you where you are. Come tired and exhausted and leave feeling refreshed and revived!
